- Orders can be picked up during trading hours as seen on our Contact Us page.
- An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post or Startrack. Australia Post's/ Startrack's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
- Free shipping on orders over $150.
- All orders shipped will include a consigment (tracking) number which will be provided once goods are ready to ship.
DELAYS / GOODS NOT RECIEVED
- In the event your order is confirmed still in transit but not recieved after 7 business days, we kindly request you to contact Aus Post or Startrack to determine the day of delivery or contact us to find this out for you if you prefer.
- If goods have been shipped, but to the wrong address, please immediately contact us or the shipping provider to arrange the courier / postie whom delivered it to go collect it and redeliver it to the correct address.
- If the goods have shipped and you have provided the wrong address to us, we will endeavour to organise a return to sender but will potentially charge a re-delivery fee if it seems reasonable based on unavoidable circumstances
- If goods have been recieved damaged, not as described, wrong RX prescription or any concerns to the condition or function of the goods delivered...then please contact us urgently to understand and resolve the matter for you.
- In the event goods have not been recieved and / or have been lost by Aus Post or Startrack after 14 business days of the expected delivery date, we will happily provide a full refund or arrange a re-order of your original purchase. However, please keep in mind that on occassion our shipping providers may experience labour shortage or other impacts to the business which could ultimately allow parcels to be found a little later than ideal. Please keep an eye out and if something seems a miss, please let us know so we can investigate and hopefully locate and speed up the shipping provider to expedite delivery to you...
